same label/citation/bibitem etc. is

If there are two projects, whose derive names only
are different,
drives for TeX files are changed to the derive where the
project is launched when TeX files with the
new drive name are present. |

The TeX file on the editor with the character code
such as UTF16, which is not compatible with the TeX
character codes, cannot be TeX'ing because the change of the TeX
character code to the default TeX character code such as
UTF8 is not performed. |
